How will my order be shipped?

• All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard Parcel Post. Tracking details will be supplied once its been dispatched.

• A flat rate shipping fee of $12 is charged on all print orders within Australia.

• A flat rate shipping fee of $30 for rolled prints and $110 for framed prints on all international orders.

• Orders are shipped within 7-10 business days of payment being received. If your order is especially urgent please contact me and I will help where ever possible.

• Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received, and your order dispatched we can not alter the address.

• If you require Express Post options, please contact me.

• Prints will be sent to you rolled in a tube. Framed art will be securely packed for transit.

Can I return an item for a refund or exchange?

Unfortunately I do not accept cancellations or exchanges if you change your mind so please choose carefully.

Damaged items

All orders are securely packed and checked prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days.

Payment terms

• Full payment for store orders must be received in full before dispatch can be arranged.

• A 50% deposit is required for all illustration commissions before work will begin. The remaining 50% must be received before the final art can be dispatched.
